The birth of a child always brings joy, but for Ni Putu Deniati Cahyani, that moment was tinged with profound sadness. Her baby girl, Ni Luh Dea Agista Ladysa, was born in Denpasar with a complete cleft lip.  Langkah besar pertama dalam perjalanan medis Dea akhirnya tiba pada 18 September 2026, ketika ia dijadwalkan untuk menjalani operasi Labioplasty di RS Bhayangkara Denpasar. Tindakan pembedahan ini ditangani langsung oleh dokter bedah plastik berpengalaman, dr. Putu Ardhy Parama Widyatmika, M.Ked.Klin, Sp.BP-RE.

The first major milestone in Dea’s medical journey finally arrived on September 18, 2026, when she was scheduled for a Labioplasty at RS Bhayangkara Denpasar. This surgical procedure was performed directly by an experienced plastic surgeon, dr. Putu Ardhy Parama Widyatmika, M.Ked.Klin, Sp.BP-RE.

It was a highly emotional moment when Baby Dea came out of the operating room. Ibu Deniati immediately burst into tears. They were not tears of sorrow, but tears of immense gratitude upon seeing the perfect surgical results on her little girl’s face. The service from the hospital was also very memorable for the family, as the nurses patiently helped soothe Dea when she was being fussy.

Post-Surgery Care Challenges at Homedi Rumah 

Dea's medical journey was not entirely over after leaving the hospital. The recovery phase at home brought its own set of challenges, especially since Dea would often cry in pain when her wounds had to be cleaned.
