Welcome to Bali Smile Foundation (Yayasan Senyum Bali) website. By accessing or using our website, making a donation, or purchasing from the Smile Shop, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Donations and Contributions
a. All donations made through this website, bank transfer, or third-party gateways (e.g., Xendit) are final and non-refundable.
b. We are committed to transparency. However, Bali Smile Foundation reserves the right to allocate general donations to the areas of greatest need within our foundation's scope.
c. If a donation is made for a specific patient or cause, we will do our best to direct funds accordingly, but reserve the right to redirect funds to similar cases if the original need has been met.
2. Smile Shop Purchases
a. Product Condition: Many items in the Smile Shop are pre-loved (second-hand) or handcrafted. They are sold "as is." We do our best to accurately describe and photograph items.
b. Refunds & Returns: Because 100% of the proceeds go to charity, all sales at the Smile Shop are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item is proven to be significantly completely different from its description.
3. Medical Information Disclaimer
a. The content provided on this website regarding craniofacial conditions, surgeries, and speech therapy is for informational purposes only.
b. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
c. Eligibility for free surgeries is strictly determined by our medical team following a comprehensive physical examination. Meeting the general criteria listed on the website does not guarantee immediate surgery.
4. Intellectual Property & Patient Privacy
a. All content on this website, including texts, graphics, logos, and photographs, is the property of Bali Smile Foundation.
b. Patient Privacy: We strictly protect the dignity of our patients. Photographs and stories are shared with the explicit consent of the patients or their guardians. You are prohibited from downloading, modifying, or using these images for commercial or personal fundraising purposes without our written permission.
