Recognize the Conditions

Noma (𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐦 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐬)
Common signs: Starts as a severe sore or ulcer in the gums and mouth that worsens very rapidly. The infection quickly destroys facial tissues (such as cheeks, lips, or nose), leaving a severe hole. Often accompanied by very strong foul breath and signs of malnutrition.
Meningocele
Common signs: Appears as a soft, fluid-filled lump or sac protruding from the head, such as on the forehead, the bridge of the nose (between the eyes), or the back of the neck. This condition is usually visible from birth.
Face Tumor
Common signs: An abnormal lump or fleshy growth on the face, jaw, cheeks, or neck. The lump typically grows larger over time and often causes the face to look lopsided or asymmetrical.
Dermoid Cyst
Common signs: A small, firm, or doughy lump under the skin. It is most commonly found around the eyes (at the edge of the eyebrow or eyelid), the bridge of the nose, or the neck. It is present at birth, grows slowly, and is generally painless when pressed.

Age Limit
From infants up to a maximum of 21 years old.
Coverage Area:
East Java, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), Sulawesi, Maluku, and Papua.

How to Apply for Surgery Assistance at Bali Smile Foundation

Contact Our WhatsApp
Send a message to our staff at +62 813-5763-83795. Simply say: "Hello, I would like to ask about the free cleft lip surgery for my child."

Send Initial Data
Our staff will ask you to send a clear photo of the child's face (showing the condition), photos of your KTP & KK, and the child's latest weight.

Medical Team Screening
Our medical team will evaluate the submitted data. If the child's condition is deemed safe and meets the age/weight criteria, the application will be approved.

Travel Preparation
Our staff will book your tickets and arrange your travel schedule to Bali. We will provide a complete guide on what you need to bring.

Arrival & Surgery
Upon arriving in Bali, you will be picked up and taken to the Smile House. Doctors will perform a final physical exam at the hospital, followed by the surgery and recovery period.
